The Scene DMV features artist of all mediums doing their thing here in the area, but what about companies that want to manage the many talented individuals located in this city?

Enter Harley Morgan and ROE the Agency. They manage their models the ‘angels’ and ‘aviators’, as well as fashion productions, event hosting and artist development. The Scene DMV first met up with Harley and some of his aviators while they were shooting for a campaign at Langston Golf Course. Then we headed to a more quite setting to shoot the interview.
